In order to get a quality bunch, and later the wine during the harvest, we take into account the weather conditions and other factors that can affect the final quality of the final product, the wine.

DŽERVIN Knjaževac has a primary production consisting of vineyards in a total area of 40 hectares. The Stipina vineyard is located in the area of the village of Stipina, some 6 km from the town and the factory. The altitude is 330 meters with a temperate continental climate,
The “Boševo” vineyard is located at the exit from Knjaževac towards Zaječar, on the main road. The plantation is at an altitude of 250-330 meters.

WinemakerThe man behind the wine
The Dzervin cellar was founded on March 27, 1927 and had about 700 hectares of its own vineyards and produced about 6 million liters of wine, both table quality and top quality wine.
The wines were mostly sold in the former SFRY, then in Germany under the name Schlosberg, and they even reached Russia and Japan.
